Reorder PDF Pages

Limits
- One PDF up to 20 MB
- Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first
- Digital signatures become invalid after rebuild; bookmarks may need review

No. Only the sequence of pages changes. Text and images on each page stay the same; the document is rebuilt in the new order.
Yes. Files are transferred over a secure connection, encrypted while stored on the server, and automatically deleted. Flimpa does not store documents permanently and does not use them to train models.
