PDF to Excel

Converts PDF tables into XLSX spreadsheets

Converts PDF tables into XLSX spreadsheets.

Upload one PDF (up to 10 MB) and download Excel. Scanned pages without a text layer are not recognized — this converter has no OCR.

How it works

Drop the PDF, start conversion, and download the result. Exact layout match is not guaranteed: PDF stores a finished page, while Excel uses a different document model.

Security and privacy

  • Encryption at rest

Files are encrypted during storage with AES-256-GCM using a unique key per file

  • Auto-deletion

Uploaded and processed files are removed after the session ends

  • Temporary sessions

Processing sessions expire automatically and are not kept as a permanent archive

  • Protected download links

Downloads require a short-lived access token — not a public permanent URL

FAQ

Upload your PDF file, click start conversion, and download the Excel result.

Make sure that the file is not password protected, is not corrupted, and does not exceed 10 MB. If the document opens, but the result is empty or incorrect, save it as a new plain PDF without encryption and repeat the conversion.

Yes. Files are transferred over a secure connection, encrypted while stored on the server, and automatically deleted. Flimpa does not store documents permanently and does not use them to train models.
