PDF to TXT

Extracts plain text only

Extracts plain text only.

Upload one PDF (up to 10 MB) and download TXT. Scanned pages without a text layer are not recognized — this converter has no OCR.

How it works

Drop the PDF, start conversion, and download the result. Exact layout match is not guaranteed: PDF stores a finished page, while TXT uses a different document model.

Security and privacy

  • Encryption at rest

Files are encrypted during storage with AES-256-GCM using a unique key per file

  • Auto-deletion

Uploaded and processed files are removed after the session ends

  • Temporary sessions

Processing sessions expire automatically and are not kept as a permanent archive

  • Protected download links

Downloads require a short-lived access token — not a public permanent URL

FAQ

You can download a single PDF file up to 10 MB in size. A password-protected, corrupted, or improperly formed document may not open in the server converter.

Yes. Files are transferred over a secure connection, encrypted while stored on the server, and automatically deleted. Flimpa does not store documents permanently and does not use them to train models.
