Attempt to fix corrupted or damaged PDF structure.
Upload a damaged PDF. The tool first tries to rebuild object streams, then may recreate readable pages if needed. Severely corrupted files can fail or come back incomplete.
What it does
- Repairs PDF structure from data still present in the file
- Does not run OCR or restore missing page content
- Does not recover deleted text that is no longer in the file

- One PDF up to 10 MB
- Password-encrypted files may need unlocking first
- Signatures and interactive elements can change after rebuild

No. Many structural issues can be fixed, but missing bytes or fully destroyed object tables cannot be invented. Severe corruption may fail or leave pages incomplete.
Any reassembly changes the bytes of the document, so the digital signature no longer confirms the original version. Complex forms, attachments, or other interactive elements may also change during Ghostscript backup.
Yes. Files are transferred over a secure connection, encrypted while stored on the server, and automatically deleted. Flimpa does not store documents permanently and does not use them to train models.
